You can try to locate thedevice closer to the Wi-Fi router.• Check if the network name is correct. Thenetwork name is case-sensitive.• Check if the Wi-Fi password is correct. Thepassword is case-sensitive.• Retry the setup with the instructions insection ‘Getting started’.• The Wi-Fi connectivity can be interruptedby electromagnetic or other interferences.Keep the appliance away from otherelectronic devices that may causeinterferences.• Check if the mobile device is in airplanemode.
