• 17 •English• It is recommended to clean the watertank daily.- Remove the small white fi lter in thewater tank and wash it under runningdrinking water.- Reposition the small white filter inits housing by gently pressing andturning it at the same time.- Fill the water tank with fresh drinkingwater.• Empty and clean the drip tray daily.Perform this operation also when thefl oat is raised.• Wash the brew group with lukewarmwater and carefully clean the upperfi lter.• Thoroughly wash and dry all the partsof the brew group.• Thoroughly clean the inside of themachine.• Make sure that the brew group is inrest position. The two references mustmatch.• The lever on the rear part of the brewgroup must be in contact with the base.Press the “PUSH” button to make surethat the brew group is in the correctposition.Lubricate the brew group af-ter approximately 500 brew-ing cycles. The brew group lubricantmay be purchased at authorizedservice centers.• Lubricate the brew group guides usingthe supplied lubricant only.• Apply the lubricant evenly on both sideguides.• Insert the brew group in its seat until itlocks into place WITHOUT pressing the“PUSH” button.• Insert the dregdrawer. Close the servicedoor.Brew Group• The brew group must be cleaned atleast once a week.• Turn off the machine by pressing theON/OFF button and remove the plugfrom the socket.• Remove the dregdrawer. Open theservice door.• To remove the brew group, pull it by thehandle and press the «PUSH» button.The brew group must be washed onlywith lukewarm water, no detergent/soap is necessary.• Also clean the seat of the tray everyweek through the openings on thebottom of the machine.
