Power Tilt (Standard Operating Instructions)1- 866-WARNING!!!Make sure the wheelchair is on a level surface beforeproceeding with tilt mode.SINGLE ACTUATOR TOGGLE SWITCHIncreasing Tilt AnglePull the toggle switch (located next to the wheelchairjoystick) backward toward the rear of the wheelchair untilthe desired tilt angle is achieved, then release.SINGLE ACTUATOR TOGGLE SWITCHDecreasing Tilt AngleTo reverse the tilt angle direction. Release the toggleswitch to the neutral position for a minimum of 1 secondand push the toggle switch (located next to the wheelchairjoystick) forward toward the front of the wheelchair untilthe desired tilt angle is achieved, then release.Drive lock-OutIs a safety feature designed to prevent the wheelchairfrom being driven while in a tilt angle over 15 degreesrelative to the vertical position.DANGER!!!Never operate the wheelchair while in tilt mode over 15degrees relative to the vertical position. If the drive lock-out does not stop the wheelchair from operating when in atilt angle over 15 degrees, have the wheelchair or powertilt system serviced by an authorized dealer or qualifiedtechnician.
