Pass the supply wires from outlet box through the CrossbarAssembly (A). Attach the Crossbar Assembly (A) to the Outlet Boxwith the head of the Green Ground Screw facing you. Secure theCrossbar Assembly (A) with Outlet Box Screws (not included).Tighten until snug.Supply Wires withGround WireOutlet Box Screws(not included)Outlet BoxA Figure 1STEP 2 Test Fitting Ceiling Canopy toCrossbar Assembly-A.Ceiling Canopy totheCeiling CanopyceilingRemove mounting balls from the CrossbarAssembly (A). Fit the (D)Crossbar Assembly (A) and secure withmounting balls. Note: The(D) should be snug against the andthe mounting balls. If not, adjust the lengthof the nipple on the Crossbar Assembly (A)by unscrewing the preassembled hex nutand lock washer and then screwing themounting screws in or out of the crossbaruntil the correct length is achieved. Once theCeiling Canopy (D) is secure, remove themounting ball and Ceiling Canopy (D) andproceed to Step 3.Mounting ScrewHex Nut andLock WasherMounting BallADFigure 2STEP 4 Install the Fixture-A. Carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box and position the CeilingCanopy (D) over the outlet box. Align the holes in the Ceiling Canopy(D) with the mounting screws, then attach the Ceiling Canopy (D)using the previously removed mounting balls. Hand tighten untilsnug.Figure 4STEP 3 - Wire ConnectionsA. Wrap bare or green ground wire around green ground screw on thecrossbar, no less than 2 inches from the end of the wire. Tighten thegreen ground screw.B. Use standard wire connectors (not included) to make all wireconnections.
