Disconnecting tank• In case of service.• The Q-shaped button on top of the tank is the on/off switch.1 Switching offPress the on/off switch at the top ofthe tank to switch it off. Leave thesocket switched on and do not unplugthe tank from the socket yet.2 DrainingOpen the boiling-water handle of thetap and leave the water running untilit is cold. Then close the handle again.3 IsolatingClose the main shut-off valve or thestop valve on the inlet combinationvalve (small grey knob). Check that theQuooker is depressurized by openingthe boiling-water handle of the tapagain. If it is depressurized, no watershould flow out of it.4 DisconnectingUnplug the tank from the socket andthe LED cable from the back of thetank cover. Disconnect the tap andinlet hoses and remove the tank. Drainthe tank into the sink via the hoses.F1 23 4
