WARNING!• Adjusting a seat while the vehicle is moving is dangerous. The suddenmovement of the seat could cause you to lose control. The seat beltmight not be properly adjusted, and you could be severely injured orkilled. Only adjust a seat while the vehicle is parked.• Actuating the recliner handle will allow the seatback to swing (dump)forward on manual recliner seats. Do not stand or lean in front of the seatwhile actuating the handle. The seatback may swing forward and hit you,causing injury. This dump feature allows access to the storage bin behindthe seat. To avoid injury, place your hand on the seatback and actuatethe handle, then position the seatback in the desired position.• Do not ride with the seatback reclined so that the seat belt is no longerresting against your chest. In a collision, you could slide under the seatbelt and be severely injured or killed. Use the recliner only when thevehicle is parked.HEATED/VENTILATED SEATSFront Heated Seats• The controls for front heated seatsare located on the center instrumentpanel below the climate controls.• Press the switch once to selectHigh-level heating. Press the switcha second time to select Low-levelheating. Press the switch a third timeto shut the heating elements Off.Front Ventilated Seats• Small fans that draw the air from around the occupant and exhaust itunderneath the seat and into the passenger compartment are located in theseat cushion and seatback. The fans draw this air across the surface of theseat using air ducts and fine perforations in the covering to help keep thedriver cooler in higher ambient temperatures.• The ventilated seat switches are located in the center instrument panel belowthe climate controls. Press the switch once to select High speed. Press theswitch a second time to select Low speed. Press the switch a third time toturn the fans Off.GETTING STARTED16
