LOG ENTRY HeatNet Control V3Page 97Log EntryThe FlexCore CK-Series H-Net control contains a log thatrecords the major activity (events) in the operation of theboiler. This activity includes interlock faults, boiler startingand stopping events, power cycles, misc. faults, and types ofcalls-for-heat (control inputs). Setting the time clock to anaccurate time and date is very useful when events arerecorded, since the control will time stamp each snapshot. Ifthe system is configured to run with HeatNet, then only theMaster boilers SYSTEM TIME needs to be entered. TheMaster will then set the time on all Member boilers. The log is primarily used as a troubleshooting anddiagnostic tool, but may be used as a performance tool toview run time cycles. An event in time of the boiler’s state is presented viamultiple screens. Each screen event can be stepped throughusing the arrow keys. The top line, left corner indicates any condition that causedthe event. This may be a fault (such as to indicate a sensorthat has failed.) or general event as denoted by “Event”. Thetop line, right corner displays the time and date the eventoccurred. In the bottom center of the command bar, theevent # is displayed so that easy indexing can be done usingthe arrow keys. The second line from the top displays thetype of heat demand for that event. The next few linesdisplay the Setpoint, Return, Header, DHW, Supply andOutside temperatures. The last line displays the Modulation. The Center middle annunciator shows icons of the boilers inthe system/standalone with graphics indicating if they arefiring. The large arrow buttons on the left and right of theboiler icons allow the viewing of the control state. They are the Circulator Pump state, and the ignitionsequence condition (Main Valve, Pilot Valve, Blower, andthe Ignition alarm). There are also indicators for interlocksand auxiliary functions. The log may also be viewed using HeatNet Pro or HeatNetOnline.
