1-Year Limited WarrantyGeneral Wireless Operations Inc., doing business asRadioShack (hereafter “RadioShack”) warrants thisproduct against defects in materials and workmanshipunder normal use by the original purchaser for one (1)year after the date of purchase from a RadioShack-ownedstore, RadioShack.com or an authorized RadioShackfranchisee or dealer. RADIOSHACK MAKES NO OTHEREXPRESS WARRANTIES.This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failurecaused by attributable to abuse, misuse, failure to followinstructions, improper installation or maintenance,alteration, accident, Acts of God (such as floods orlightning), or excess voltage or current; (b) improper orincorrectly performed repairs by persons who are not aRadioShack Authorized Service facility; (c) consumablessuch as fuses or batteries; (d) ordinary wear and tearor cosmetic damage; (f) costs of product removal,installation, set-up service, adjustment or reinstallation;and (g) claims by persons other than the original purchaser.Should a problem occur that is covered by this warranty,take the product and the RadioShack sales receipt asproof of purchase date to the original purchase locationor visit www.radioshack.com/warranty. RadioShack will,at its option, unless otherwise provided by law (a) replacethe product with the same or a comparable product, or(b) refund the purchase price. All replaced products, andproducts on which a refund is made, become the propertyof RadioShack.RADIOSHACK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIESAND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITEDWARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BEIMPOSED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIEDWARRANTYOF MERCHANTABILITY AND, IF APPLICABLE, THEIMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE, SHALL EXPIRE ON THE EXPIRATION OF THESTATED WARRANTY PERIOD.12
