I have toturn the throttle off and then on againto get the engine to operate.I can’t get the horn to blow when Ipress the whistle button.I can’t get the bell to ring when I pressthe bell button.You may be pressing the button tooquickly. To preventaccidental high-speed start-ups, Loco-Sound is programmed to start up inneutral anytime track power has beenturned off for several seconds. Seethe "Basic Operation" section for moredetails.Lock-out RemedyI can’t get the engine to run after Ipower up the transformer. It sits stillwith the engine sounds running.The engine won’t lock into forward,neutral, or reverse.The engine is locked into the neutralposition. Follow the procedure in the“Lock into a Direction” section.Engine speed must be below 10 scalemph (approx. 10 volts or less inconventional mode).
