17Volume RemedyThesounds seem distorted, especiallywhenthe Horn or bellisactivated.No SoundProto-Sound2.0volume is set toohigh. Turnthevolumecontrol knobonthebottomofthechassiscounter-clockwiseto reducethe volume.Volume issettoolow,adjustvolumecontrolknobon thebottomofthechassisclockwisetoincreasethe volume or check connector to speaker.Battery RemedyTheengine will notleavetheinitialneutralsetting.I getnosoundswhentheengineshiftsbetween directions.AfterIturnoffmytransformer,myenginecontinues tomakesoundsbeforequitting.Check to be sure thebattery is installed and fullycharged. This way theengineremainsstillatitsstopastheoperatorcycles through the FYS sequences.FYSisprogrammedtostartringingthebellandthen to puttheengineinmotionatthatpoint.After approximately15rings of thebell, it willautomatically turn off.BecauseFYSmustcontrolvariouseffectsineachsequence, Proto-Sound2.0takes control ofthesesoundeffectsuntilyouexitFYS.EachFYS clipmustplayforacertainamountof time beforeFYSwilladvancetothenextstep in theFYScycle.
