11 U108910Multi-function Oven cookingguideRemember - not all functions will be suitable for allfood types. The oven control settings and cookingtimes given are intended to be used only as a guide.Individual tastes may require the temperature to bealtered to provide a preferred result.The quantity of food cooked and containers usedwill also effect the cooking times.Food may need to be cooked at lower temperaturein a fan oven than in a conventional oven. Whenusing recipes, reduce the temperature by 10°C andthe cooking time by 5-10 minutes. The temperaturein the fanned oven does not vary with height in theoven - so you can use any shelf.The shelves should not be fitted directly one abovethe other. When cooking on more than one shelfalways leave at least one runner space betweenthem. Place baking trays, individual cake tins orbaking dishes centrally on the oven shelf.
