By reducing the amount of powerbeing used by the electronics and maximizing the potential of thesun to provide power, the Maxi display becomes a virtuallyperpetual device.Power status is indicated by two icons on the display:Battery Level and Charge RateUsed together these icons will show the condition of the powersupply.Note: If the internal battery is fully charged then it does not matterhow much the display is subjected to bright sunlight no furthercharging is required and the Charge Rate Indicator will remain low.If the displays are to be stored for a long period of time before nextuse (Over Winter) ensure that the batteries are fully charged beforestorage.Warning: Artificial light WILL NOT recharge the battery. Placing yourMaxi Display close to an artificial light will seriously damage thedisplay. Only recharge in natural daylight.
