Raise T-barup until it is securely locked in theupright position.Note: The joint release leveris spring-loaded and willautomatically lock in the uprightposition when fully upright.WARNING: Failure toproperly engage the spring-loadedbuttons may cause the handlebarsto dislodge while riding and maycause you to lose control andfall. When correctly engaged thehandlebars will not rotate nor willthey move sideways. Note thatwhen properly engaged, the spring-loaded buttons are clearly visible inthe holes on the T-bar.WARNING:Keep fingers clear of the pivotingmechanism when folding orunfolding the scooter. Make sureothers are standing clear.Unfolding the Scooter for First Time Use(Select models)Attaching the Handlebars(Select models)2 With the front wheel pointedstraight ahead and thehandlebars square to the frontwheel and the Razor logo facingthe front, tighten the clamp asshown. Tighten securely. On theA4, alternately tighten each boltuntil securely tightened.1 Loosen the collar clamp andslide it upward. Insert T-bar intothe fork until it bottoms out on theheadset locknut.Note: If necessary, carefully twistthe T-bar clock-wise while pushingdownward until T-bar bottoms outon the headset locknut.WARNING: Failure toproperly install and tighten thecollar clamp may cause the riderto lose control and fall.
