Remove the two Philips heads screws securing the IFC heat shieldonce the screws have been loosened up remove the shied. Once theshield has been removed disconnect the stepper motor from the IFCat terminal X6 and the spark electrode wire from X2 as well as theflame sensor wire from terminal X 3.9. To remove the valve assembly from the unit, remove 16 Phillips headscrews securing the valve tray to the unit.8. Once the burner has been loosened from the mounting brackets, slidethe burner off the orifice by sliding the burner right then up and out.7. Remove burner by removing four (4) Phillips head screws located ineach corner of the burner.
