English7427.7 Coffee Grind AdjustmentTurn the ring until the required results are obtained.After any calibration three selections are necessary beforethe new setting becomes effective.7.8 First start-up of the vendingmachineSupply the vending machine (following the instructionsgiven previously) and plug it into the power supply (seesection "Power Grid Connection").At this point the message “PHEDRA EVO” will appear onthe display and the self-diagnosis phase is activated tocheck the correct positioning of the machine devices.Any faults detected during the self-configuration cycle arestored so that the vending machine can display them at theend of the self diagnostic phase.Carry out the grinder adjustment as indicated in theinstructions at section "Coffee Grinder Adjustment" afterrefilling the water circuit.7.9 Water circuit fillingAt first VM start-up, the boiler is filled automatically.7.9.1 Filling the boiler manuallyAfter switching the vending machine on it is possible to fillthe boiler by activating the following procedure:Procedure A• press the P2 key to enter the maintenance menu;• Enter the Maintenance/Washes menu and start theautomatic washing cycle;Procedure B• press the P2 key to enter the maintenance menu;• Enter the Maintenance/ Boiler Refill menu and start theautomatic refill cycle;The rinsing operation mustbe repeated until waterflows out of the brewingnozzles regularly.7.10 Washing the Parts cominginto Contact with FoodClean all the parts of the VM which are in contact withfoodstuffs.• Thoroughly wash your hands.• Prepare a chlorine-based, antibacterial disinfecting solution(the products can be purchased at the chemist's) followingthe concentrations indicated on the product.• Remove all the product containers from the vending machine.• Remove the container lids and product chutes. Immerseall these parts in the previously prepared solution.7.11 Use of the vending machineThe beverage selection modes are indicated in chapter"Operation and Use".
