Seeassociated actuator documentation.2. Unscrew the castellated nut (92) and liftthe yoke (3) off the flange (2).3. Undo the body nuts (14) gradually in acrisscross pattern.4. Lift the flange (2) and plug with plugstem (5) off the body (1).5. Replace the gasket as described in sec-tion 7.1.1.6. Unthread the stem connector nut (9) andlock nut (10) from the plug stem.7. Unscrew the threaded bushing (8).8. Pull the plug with plug stem (5) out of theflange (2).9. Pull all the packing parts out of the pack-ing chamber using a suitable tool.10. Make sure that the guide bushing (7) isnot damaged. If necessary, replace theguide bushing using a suitable tool.11. Unscrew the seat (4) using a suitabletool.12. Apply a suitable lubricant to the threadand the sealing cone of the new seat.13. Screw in the seat (4). Observe tighteningtorques.14. Apply a suitable lubricant to all the pack-ing parts and to the new plug stem (5).We recommend replacing the packing aswell. See section 7.2.1.15. Slide the new plug with plug stem (5) in-to the flange (2).16. Place the flange (2) together with theplug stem and plug (5) onto the body(1).Version with V-port plug: place theflange (2) onto the valve body, makingsure that the largest V-shaped port of theV-port plug faces toward the valve outlet.See section 5.1.17. Carefully slide the packing parts over theplug stem into the packing chamber us-ing a suitable tool. Observe the propersequence (see Fig. 6).18. Firmly press the plug (5) into the seat (4).Fasten down the flange (2) with the bodynuts (14). Tighten the nuts gradually in acrisscross pattern. Observe tighteningtorques.19. Screw in the threaded bushing (8) andtighten it. Observe tightening torques.20. Place yoke (3) on the flange (2) and fas-ten tight using the castellated nut (92).21. Loosely screw the lock nut (10) and stemconnector nut (9) onto the plug stem.22. Mount actuator. See associated actuatordocumentation.23. Adjust lower or upper signal benchrange.
