English - 1Managing ChannelsUsing the Channel Manager, you can conveniently add/delete or lock/unlock channels.Channel ListAdding / Deleting channelsUsing the Channel List, you can add or delete channels.Move to the ( ) field by pressing the ▲/▼/◄/► buttons, select a channel to beadded, and press the ENTERE button to add the channel.If you press the ENTERE button again, the (c) symbol next to the channeldisappears and the channel is not added.Locking / Unlocking channelsThis feature allows you to prevent unauthorized users, such as children, from watching unsuitableprogrammes by muting out video and audio. This function is available only when the Child Lockis set to on. (see page 18)Move to the (\) field by pressing the ▲/▼/◄/► buttons, select a channel to be locked, andpress the ENTERE button.The PIN number input screen appears. Enter your 4 digit PIN number.The default PIN number of a new TV set is ‘0-0-0-0’. You can change the PIN, by selectingChange PIN from the menu.If you press the ENTERE button again, the (c) symbol next to the channel disappears andthe channel lock is canceled.A blue screen is displayed when Child Lock is activated.You can select these options simply by pressing the CH LIST button on the remotecontrol.SortThis operation allows you to change the programme numbers of the stored channels. This operation may be necessary after usingthe auto store.NameChannel names will be assigned automatically when channel information is broadcast.
