Wiring the Mains Power Supply Plug(UK Only)IMPORTANT NOTICEThe mains leadonthis equipment is supplied with a moulded plug incorporating a fuse. The valueofthe fu se is indicated on the pin faceof the plug and, if it requires replacing, a fuse approvedtoBSI1362ofthe same rating must be used.Never use the plug with the fuse cover omitted if the cover is detachable. If a replacement fuse cover is required, it must be of the samecolour as the pin faceofthe plug. Replacement covers are available from your dealer.Ifthe fitted plug is not suitable for thepowerpoints in your house or the cable is not long enoughtoreach a p ower point, you shouldobtain a suitable safety approved extension lead or consult your dealer for assistance. However, if thereisno alternativebut tocut off theplug, remove the fuse and then safely disposeofthe plug.Do NOT connect the plugtoa mains socket as there is a riskofshock hazard from the bared flexiblecord.IMPORTANTThe wires in the mains lead are colouredinaccordance with the following code:BLUE - NEUTRAL BROWN - LIVEAs these colours may not correspondtothe coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows :The wire coloured BLUE must be connec tedtothe terminal marked with the letter Norcoloured BLUE or BLACK.
