This may save time andunnecessary expense.Problem SolutionThe fan coil unit doesnot operate at all.• Check if the power plug is properly connected.• Check whether the auxiliary power switch (MCCB, ELB) is turnedon. If the auxiliary power switch (MCCB, ELB) is turned off, thefan coil unit does not work although you press the (Power)button.• If the fan coil unit is turned off by the Timed off function, turn onthe fan coil unit again by pressing the (Power) button.The temperature doesnot change.• Check whether the Fan mode is running. In the Fan mode, the fancoil unit controls the set temperature automatically, and you cannotchange the set temperature.The air is not cool orwarm enough.• In the Cool mode, cool air does not come out if the set temperature ishigher than the current temperature.– MR-EH00 remote control: Press the Temperature buttonrepeatedly until the set temperature (minimum: 18°C) is set tolower than the current temperature.– AR-KH00E remote control: Press the Temperature button on theremote control. Then rotate the Wheel until the set temperature(minimum: 18°C) is set to lower than the current temperature.• In the Heat mode, warm air does not come out if the set temperatureis lower than the current temperature.(only for the models for both heating and cooling)– MR-EH00 remote control: Press the Temperature buttonrepeatedly until the set temperature (maximum: 30°C) is set tohigher than the current temperature.– AR-KH00E remote control: Press the Temperature button on theremote control. Then rotate the Wheel until the set temperature(maximum: 30°C) is set to higher than the current temperature.• Check whether the air filter is blocked with dirt. A dusty filter maydecrease the cooling and heating efficiencies. Clean the air filterfrequently.• If the fan coil unit is installed in a place exposed to direct sunlight, pullthe curtains on the windows.• Close the windows and doors to maximize the cooling and heatingefficiencies.
