TroubleshootingProblem Checkpoint SolutionCool/Warm air does not come out.Check if the set temperature ishigher (during Cool mode) / lower(during Heat mode) than the currenttemperature.In Cool mode, check if the desiredtemperature is higher than thecurrent temperature. Press theand to set the temperature lowerthan the current temperature.In Heat mode, check if the desiredtemperature is lower than the currenttemperature. Press the andto set the temperature higher thanthe current temperature.(Only for heat pump model)Check if the product is operating inFan mode.Cool/Warm air does not come out inFan mode. Operate in auto/Cool/Dry/Heat mode.Check if the air filter is blocked withdust.If there are too much dust on air filter,the effectiveness of cooling/heatingwill decrease. Clean it frequently.Check if there are any obstacles nearthe outdoor unit.Take the cover off and take theobstacles away. Poor ventilation willdecrease effectiveness of cooling/heating.Check if there is direct sunlight.
