Cleaning Your Air ConditionerE-23ENGLISHFront grilleHookBody groove✴✴09/12✴✴✴✴18/24✴✴To get the best possible use out of your air conditioner, you mustclean it regularly to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter.Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that youhave switched off the breaker used for the unit.NNNNooootttteeee If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of time, set thefan going for three to four hours to dry the inside of the air conditionerthoroughly. Clean the air filter twice a month. It is recommendable to clean theair filter more often if your room has heavy dusts.1 Open the front grille by pulling on the tabs on the lower right and leftsides of the indoor unit.2 ✴✴09/12✴✴Disassemble the front grille by pulling it forwards.7 Reassemble the air filters and the front grille.3 ✴✴09/12✴✴Hold the edge of the air filter under the front grille and pull to release them.✴✴18/24✴✴Lift out the bottom edge of the air filters and pull down to release them.5 Clean the front panel with a damp cloth and mild detergent(do NOT use benzene, solvents or other chemicals).6 ✴✴18/24✴✴When you have finished, insert the top part of the filters into their slot and pushdown on the bottom edge until they click into place.4 Remove all dust on the air filters with a vacuum cleaner or brush.IMPORTANTNNNN oooo tttt eeee ✴✴18/24✴✴ models are not included.NNNN oooo tttt eeee ✴✴09/12✴✴ models are not included.
