Check the cable connection betweenthe product and PC, and ensure theconnection is secure.No Signal is displayedon the screen.Check that the product is connectedcorrectly with a cable.Check that the device connected to theproduct is powered on.Not Optimum Mode isdisplayed. This message is displayed when a signalfrom the graphics card exceeds the product’smaximum resolution and frequency.Refer to the Standard Signal Mode Tableand set the maximum resolution andfrequency according to the productspecifications.The images on thescreen look distorted.Check the cable connection to theproduct.The screen is not clear.The screen is blurry.Adjust Coarse and Fine.Remove any accessories (video extensioncable, etc) and try again.Set the resolution and frequency to therecommended level.The screen appearsunstable and shaky.Check that the resolution and frequencyof the PC and graphics card are set withina range compatible with the product.Then, change the screen settings ifrequired by referring to the AdditionalInformation on the product menu and theStandard Signal Mode Table.There are shadows orghost images left onthe screen.Issues SolutionsThe screen is too bright.The screen is too dark. Adjust Brightness and Contrast.Screen colour isinconsistent.Go to Picture and adjust the Colour Spacesettings.White does not reallylook white.Go to Picture and adjust the White Balancesettings.There is no sound. Check the connection of the audio cable oradjust the volume.Check the volume.The volume is too low. Adjust the volume.If the volume is still low after turningit up to the maximum level, adjust thevolume on your PC sound card or softwareprogramme.The remote controldoes not work.Make sure that the batteries are correctlyin place (+/-).Check if the batteries are flat.Check for power failure.Make sure that the power cord isconnected.Check for any special lighting or neonsigns switched on in the vicinity.Troubleshooting GuideChecking the Components Control PanelContact the vendor where you purchased the product if anycomponents are missing.The pictures may look different from the actual components.SpeakerSpeakerDC32E-M1 Power on the product.If you press the button when the product is turned on, thecontrol menu will be displayed.- To exit the OSD menu, press and hold the panel key for at leastone second.2 Move to the upper or lower menu. You can also adjust the valueof an option.3 Move to the left or right menu.- You can adjust the volume by moving the panel key left or rightwhen the control menu is not displayed.4 Remote sensorPress a button on the remote control pointing at the sensor onthe front of the product to perform the corresponding function.5 Spacer logo (Optional)Do not pull on the spacer logo using force.
