4_ troubleshootingpROblem pOSSIble CAUSe SOlUTIONhas spots and film lefton dishes.The water temperature is low. For best performance, thetemperature of the supplied watershould be 120 ˚F (49 ˚C).The detergent amount isinappropriate.Supply the appropriate amount ofautomatic dishwasher detergent.Too many dishes have been loaded. Load only an appropriate number ofdishes.Dishes are loaded incorrectly. Load your dishes as recommended.(See page 16.)The pressure of the supplied water isinsufficient.The proper pressure of the suppliedwater is 20~120 psi (140~830 kPa).Improper detergent is being used. Use a automatic dishwasherdetergent.There is no rinse aid. Check the dispenser and add therinse aid.The water is too hard. Add a water softener.Is too noisy. Sound is generated when thedispenser cover is open.Sound is generated when the drainpump is operating in an early stage.This is normal operation.The dishwasher is not level. Ensure the dishwasher is level.There is a ‘chopping’ sound becausea nozzle is bumping against thedishes.Rearrange the dishes.leaves glasses with adim polish.The supplied water is soft and toomuch detergent is being supplied.Underload the dishwasher and use arinse aid to minimize this.leaves black or graymarks on the dishes.Aluminum dishes have been loaded. Remove the marks on the dishesusing a low sensitivity cleaner.leaves a yellow or brownfilm on the inside of thedishwasher.This occurs from coffee and teasoils.Remove the soils using a spotcleaner.does not have any lampslit up.The power is not connected. Connect the power cable.The fuse is broken or the circuitbreaker is out of order.Replace the fuse or repair the circuitbreaker.does not have asmoothly rotating nozzle.The nozzle hole is clogged with foodparticles.Clean the nozzle hole.has a bent upper rackafter loading dishes.The dishes are not loaded properly.
