Change your ringtone1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Sound profiles.2. Scroll to the profile you are using.If you are using the silent or offline profile, you are notallowed to change the ringtone.3. Press <Edit> → Voice call ringtone.4. Press the Confirm key to view details of the call or[ ] to dial the number.Use the smart home screenThe smart home screen allows you to access yourfavourite applications and contacts and view upcomingevents or tasks. You can customise the smart homescreen to fit your preferences and needs.When you are using the smart home screen, theNavigation key does not work as shortcuts.Customise the smart home screen1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Display → Smarthome.2. Press <Edit>.3. Select the items to display on the smart homescreen.4. Press <Options> → <Save>.5. Press the Confirm key.You can change the idle screen to another style. Forbetter audio performance, use the normal phone mode.Make fake callsYou can simulate an incoming call when you want to getout of meetings or unwanted conversations.You must set a shortcut key to make a fake call. In Menumode, select Settings → Phone → Shortcuts and set ashortcut key for Fake call. To set and use a shortcut key,you must deactivate the smart home screen.To make a fake callIn Idle mode, press and hold the shortcut key.With the phone closed and the keys locked, pressthe shortcut key four times.Activate the mobile trackerWhen someone inserts a new SIM card in your phone,the mobile tracker feature will automatically send thecontact number to two recipients to help you locate andrecover your phone. To activate the mobile tracker,1. In Menu mode, select Settings → Security →Mobile tracker.2. Enter your password and press <OK>.The first time you access Mobile tracker, you will beprompted to create and confirm a password.3. Press the Confirm key to turn on the mobile trackerfeature.••4. Scroll down and press the Confirm key to open therecipient list.5. Press <Options> → Phonebook to open yourcontact list.6. Select a contact.7. Select a number (if necessary).8. Press <Save> → <Accept>.Activate and send an SOS messageIn an emergency, you can send SOS messages to yourfamily or friends for help.To activate the SOS message1. In Menu mode, select Messages → Settings →SOS messages → Sending options.2. Press the Confirm key to turn on the SOS message.3. Scroll down and press the Confirm key to open therecipient list.4. Press <Options> → Search to open your contactlist.5. Select a contact.6. Select a number (if necessary).7. When you are finished selecting contacts, press theConfirm key to save the recipients.8. Scroll down and set the number of times to repeat theSOS message.9. Press <Back> → <Yes>.To send an SOS message1. With the phone closed and the keys locked, press[ / ] four times to send an SOS message to presetnumbers.The phone switches to SOS mode and sends thepreset SOS message.2. To exit SOS mode, press [ ].Use the cameraTo capture photos1. In Idle mode, press and hold [ ] to turn on thecamera.2. Rotate the phone anti-clockwise to landscape view.3. Aim the lens at the subject and make anyadjustments.4. Press the Confirm key or [ ] to take a photo. Thephoto is saved automatically.To view photosIn Menu mode, select My files → Images → a photo file.2. When the word displays correctly, press [0] to insert aspace.
