To use this feature, youmay need to subscribe to your service provider’smessage service.The Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) lets yousend and receive multimedia messages (such aspicture, video, and audio messages) to and fromother mobile phones or email addresses. To use thisfeature, you may need to subscribe to your serviceprovider’s multimedia message service.Messaging icons are displayed at the top of thescreen and indicate when messages are receivedand their type.Creating and Sending MessagesThis section describes how to create a send amessage using the Messaging app.1. From a Home screen, tap Messages >Compose.2. Tap the Enter recipients field to manually entera recipient or tap Add Recipient to select arecipient from your Contacts. You can also selectthe recipient based on Groups, Favorites, orLogs.3. If adding a recipient from your Contacts, tap thecontact to place a check mark then tap Done.The contact will be placed in the recipients field.4. Enter additional recipients by separating eachentry with a semicolon (;) and then using theprevious procedure. More recipients can beadded at any time before the message is sent.For the Group option, if the number of recipientsis less than 10, all members in the group will beadded. You will need to delete any unnecessarymembers in the list by selecting the trash canicon and deleting unwanted entries.5. Tap the Enter message field and use theonscreen keypad to enter a message.6. Tap Add emoticons to choose an availableemoticon from an onscreen list and then addit into your message (at the cursor location) ifdesired.7. Review your message and tap Send.Note: If you exit a message before you send it, themessage is automatically saved as a draft.Messages
