Allow the phone some time to process your data usage request.4G LTEThe Sprint 4G LTE network provides your phone with wireless Internet access over greater distancesthan Wi-Fi and delivers data transfer rates of up to 60 Mbps. To connect your phone to the 4G LTEnetwork, you must be in an area covered by the 4G LTE network.For more information about the availability of Sprint 4G LTE service in your location, visitsprint.com/coverage.Note: The availability and range of the network depends on a number of factors including your distance tothe base station, and infrastructure and other objects through which the signal passes.Set Your Network Options1. From home, tap Apps > Settings > Mobile networks > Network mode.2. Select CDMA, LTE / CDMA, GSM / UMTS, or Automatic. The phone will scan for the best available Sprint network and will automatically connect to it.When your phone is connected via 4G LTE, LTE appears above the signal strength indicator in the statusbar ( 4G LTE ).Note: The Sprint networks are self-discoverable, which means no additional steps are required for yourphone to connect to them.Your User NameWhen you buy your phone and sign up for service, you are automatically assigned a user name, which istypically based on your name and a number, followed by “@sprintpcs.com.” (For example, the third JohnSmith to sign up for Sprint data services might have jsmith003@sprintpcs.com as his user name.)When you use data services, your user name is submitted to identify you to the network. Your user nameis automatically programmed into your phone. You do not have to enter it.
