78 Mobile Hotspot and TetheringSettingsChange the Mobile HotspotPasswordYou can change your Mobile hotspot password.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Settings.2. Tap Mobile hotspot and tethering >Mobile hotspot.3. Tap On/Off to turn on Mobile hotspot.4. Tap the password, and enter a new password.5. Tap Save.Configure Mobile HotspotSettingsManage your Mobile hotspot security andconnecting settings.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Settings.2. Tap Mobile hotspot and tethering >Mobile hotspot.3. Tap More > Configure mobile hotspot for thefollowing settings:• Network name: View and change the name ofyour Mobile hotspot.• Broadcast network name (SSID): Make yourMobile hotspot visible to other Wi-Fi devicesduring a scan. When disabled, other devicescan still connect to your Mobile hotspot, buthave to set up the connection manually withyour Network SSID and Password.• Security: Choose the security level for yourMobile hotspot.• Password: If you choose a security levelthat uses a password, enter the password. Adefault password is displayed on the Mobilehotspot screen.• Show password: Display your passwordinstead of masking it.• Show advanced options: Access advancedoptions, including Broadcast channel, andto specify the channel your device uses forMobile hotspot.Timeout SettingsAutomatically turn off Mobile hotspot if there are noconnected devices.1.
