Activate Your DeviceCharge the BatteryYour device’s battery should have enough charge toget started, but it’s a good idea to charge it fullybefore you get going. Insert the USB connector intothe charger/accessory port. Plug the other end ofthe USB cable into the AC adapter and plug the ACadapter into an electrical outlet.Before turning on your device:If you purchased your device at a SprintStore, it is probably activated and readyto use.If you received your device in the mail, andit is for a new Sprint account or a new lineof service, your device is designed toactivate automatically when you first turnit on. You will see a Hands Free Activationscreen at startup. When it’s finished, tapOK to continue. To confirm your activation,launch the Web browser.If you received your device in the mail andit is going to be activated on an existingnumber (you’re swapping devices), goto sprint.com/activate and follow theinstructions. When you have finished,launch the Web browser to confirmyour activation.If your device is still not activated, visitsprint.com/support for assistance. If you do nothave access to the Internet, call Sprint CustomerService at 1-888-211-4727.
