Call Functions 31Answering a CallTo answer an incoming call: Press the Send Key.– or –Touch and slide the slider tothe right to accept a incomingcall.Sending Calls to VoicemailWhen your phone alerts you to an incoming call, you can ignorethe call by rejecting it to send the caller to voice mail, or rejectthe call and send a message to the caller.Rejecting a callWhen you reject a call, the caller is directed to leave a voice mail. On the Incoming call screen, touch and slide the sliderto the left to reject a incoming call.Rejecting a call with a messageYou can reject an incoming call by sending the caller a textmessage. You can create a new message, or choose a messageyou previously created. For more information about creatingreject messages, see “Ignore with message” on page 91 At the base of the Incoming call screen, touch and slide theReject call with message tab upward, then touch a messageor touch Create new message to enter new text.Answering Call-Waiting CallsWhen you receive a call while on a call:• Touch and slide the slider to the right to accept the incomingcall.
