Check the following cases before contacting a servicecenter. Please, contact the service center for troubles not solved with the followingsolutions.Video screen does notappear when lifting thehandset or pressing theSpeaker button.►- [Menu] Æ [Video] Æ [Setup] and check ifCall mode is set to Video mode.- If Camera Off is set, the video screen is notappeared. In this case, press the [Camera Off]button in the standby screen to release theCamera Off mode.Speed Call fails►[Menu] Æ [Setting] Æ [Dial Mode] and set thedial mode as Enbloc. If it Overlap mode wasselected, speed dial numbers are not dialed.Power is supplied, butphone fails to boot.►- Check all the cables to the phone areconnected properly.- Check if the adaptor connected to the phoneis the same one as supplied with it (in the box).- Unplug the adaptor and plug it in about 10seconds later.Phone boots but fails tofunction►- Check if ‘IP conflict’ appears on the phone(or PC) screen’, which means that anotherdevice uses the same IP address. Contact thesystem administrator.- Check if ‘ID conflict’ appears on the phone(or PC) screen’, which means that anotherdevice uses the same ID. Contact the systemadministrator.LCD screen showsnothing during a call ►Check if LAN cable and power adaptor areconnected to their corresponding ports of thephone properly.
