Each entry’s name cancontain up to 20 characters.Your phone automatically sorts the Contacts entriesalphabetically. (For more information, see Section 2F: UsingContacts on page 105.)To save a number from standby mode:1. Enter a phone number and press .2. Select New Entry or Existing Entry and press .3. Use your navigation key to selecta label (Mobile, Home, Work, Pager,or Others) and press .4. Enter a name for the entry usingthe numeric keys. Type in the firstcharacter and then press toselect the desired entry methodT9(English), Alpha, Symbol, or Number. (See “EnteringText” on page 46.)Note: The End-of-Call options are not displayed for calls identifiedas No ID or Restricted.Note: The New Entry screen is not displayed for the first entry savedin the Contacts.
