When the arrows areanimated, your device is transferring data (forexample, when you are opening a Web page)and you cannot receive calls. When the arrowsare gray, your device is connected to the networkbut is not currently transferring data (for example,when you are viewing a Web page that iscompletely open), and you can receive calls.If you do not see an indicator, your phone does nothave a current data connection.
