Ifyour battery level becomes too low, your deviceautomatically turns off and you will lose any informationyou were just working on.Always use a Sprint-approved or Samsung-approveddesktop charger, travel charger or vehicle poweradapter to charge your battery. Plug the flat end of the charger into the device’scharger jack and the other end into an electricaloutlet. The device turns on in with the screenlocked and indicates both its charge state andpercent of charge.With the Sprint-approved Li-Ion battery, you canrecharge the battery before it becomes completely rundown.Extending Your Battery LifeActive applications, light levels, Bluetooth usage andGPS functionality all act to drain your battery. Thefollowing is a list of helpful tips that can help conserveyour battery power: Reduce your backlight on time. See “Changing theBacklight Time Length” on page 53. Turn Bluetooth off when not is use.
