AUTOMATIC DIALLING6.10Searching for a Number in theMemoryThere are two ways to search for a number in the memory. Youcan either scan from A to Z sequentially. Or you can search usingthe first letter of the name associated with the number.Searching Sequentially through the Memory1 Press Search/Delete.2 Press or to scroll through the memory until you seethe name and number you want to dial. You can searchdownward or upward through the entire memory inalphabetical order (from A to Z).While searching through the product’s memory, you will seethat each entry is preceded by one of three letters: “T” forone-touch dial, “S” for speed, or “G” for group dial number.These letters tell you how the number is stored.3 When the name and number you want appears on the LCDdisplay, press Copy/Start or Enter to dial.Searching with a Particular First Letter1 Press Search/Delete.2 Press the button labelled with the letter you want to searchfor.
