22_ using advanced functionsusing advanced functionsSETTING TIMEROff timerThis function allows you to turn off the air conditioner automatically within the time range of 24hours. Off timer is functional when the unit is operating.1. Press the Off Timer button on the remote control.Off timer indicator blinks on the remote control display.2. Set the time you want the air conditioner to turn off automatically.Press the Off Timer button on the remote control tochange the time setting while Off timer indicator isblinking.You can set the time up to 24 hours, increasing in 30minute unit up to first 3 hours and in hourly unit afterfirst 3 hours.3. Press the Power & Set/Cancel button on theremote control to active it on.The remote control display will show the hour(s) you have set.The air conditioner will turn off automatically at set time and then Off timer indicatordisappears. If Off timer is not set within 10 seconds, the air conditioner will end setting.• Setting time allows you to change by pressing the Off Timer button. Press the OffTimer button to change the time setting and then press the Power & Set/Cancelbutton to active it on.• You can combine Off timer function with On timer function to turn on and then off the airconditioner at the desired time.(See page 23 for instructions.)To deactivate the Off timer1.
