English - Sound Features1 Press the MENU button to display the menu. Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select Sound, then press theENTER button. Select the required option by pressing the ▲ or ▼ button, thenpress the ENTER button.Available options: Mode, Equalizer, SRS TS XT, AutoVolume, TV Speaker, Select Sound4 When you are satisfied with your setting, press the ENTERbutton.5 Press the EXIT button to exit. Equalizer: Balance/100Hz/00Hz/1kHz/kHz/10kHzThe television has several settings which allow you to controlthe sound quality.➢ If you make any changes to these settings, the soundmode is automatically switched to Custom. SRS TS XT: Off/OnTruSurround XT is a patented SRS technology that solves the problem of playing 5.1 multichannelcontent over two speakers. TruSurround delivers a compelling, virtual surround sound experiencethrough any two-speaker playback system, including internal television speakers. It is fully compatiblewith all multichannel formats.Easy Setting1 Press the TOOLS button on the remote control. Press the ▲ or ▼ button to select SRS TS XT. Press the ◄ or ► button to select Off or On. Auto Volume: Off/OnEach broadcasting station has its own signal conditions,and so it is not easy to adjust the volume every time the channel is changed. This feature lets youautomatically adjust the volume of the desired channel by lowering the sound output when themodulation signal is high or by raising the sound output when the modulation signal is low. TV Speaker: Off/OnIf you want to hear the sound through separate speakers, cancel the internal amplifier.➢ The +, - and MUTE buttons do not operate when the TV Speaker is set to Off.➢ When TV Speaker is set to Off, you can operate only Sound Select (in PIP mode) in Soundmenu.
