4CAUTIONS WHILE USING1111 - Do not allow water to splashonto the back of the refrigerator.- Water impairs the insulation ofelectric parts and may cause anelectrical short or a shockhazard.2222 - Do not use flammable sprayssuch as lacquer and paint nearthe refrigerator.- Heat from the refrigeration unitmay ignite flammable aerosols.3333 - Do not allow unattended children toplay in or around refrigerators andother large appliances. The childmay get hurt or they could damagethe appliance.- To avoid damage to the refrigeratoror injury to the child, do not allowchildren to hang on the refrigeratordoor.4444 - For optimum operation, do not leave the door open forany longer than necessary.- Leaving the door open allows warmer air to enter therefrigerator and causes the refrigeration unit to use moreenergy to maintain the cool temperature.5555 - Do not store volatile chemicals such as etherand benzene in the refrigerator.- The fumes, besides damaging food, can buildup and cause an explosion.6666 - Do not use the refrigerator if it is not operating correctlyor has been damaged. Disconnect it from the power sup-ply and call your local service center.- If the power cord is damaged, avoid a hazard by replac-ing it through the manufacturer or its service agent or asimilarly qualified person.
