OperationsOperationsEnglish26Ice On/Off(Applicable models only)By default, the refrigerator is set to make ice with the correspondingindicator on. To disable this function, press Ice On/Off to turn it off. Werecommend disabling the function in the following cases:• The ice bucket is already full of ice.• You want to save power consumption.• The water tank is empty.NOTEIf you press Freezer Convert to select Fridge or Off, the refrigeratorenters Ice Off mode.03 Fridge (Power Cool)FridgeTo adjust the fridge temperature, press Fridge to select thecorresponding temperature. You can change the temperature between1 °C and 7 °C (default: 3 °C).With the temperature set to 1 °C, press Fridge to turn the vacationindicator on. The temperature bar turns off. Press again to deactivateVacation mode. The temperature bar displays 7 °C.CAUTION• In winter, do not set the temperature control to 1 °C. This may causeproblems with the cooling performance.• In summer, do not set the temperature control to 5-7 °C. This mayalso cause problems with the cooling performance.Power CoolPower Cool speeds up the cooling process at maximum fan speed. Thefridge keeps running at full speed for several hours and then returnsto the previous temperature.• To activate Power Cool, press and hold Fridge for 3 seconds. Thecorresponding indicator ( ) lights up, and the refrigerator willspeed up the cooling process for you.• To deactivate Power Cool, press and hold Fridge again for 3seconds. The fridge returns to the previous temperature setting.• To cool large amounts of food completely, make sure you haveactivated Power Cool at least 24 hours in advance.NOTEUsing Power Cool increases power consumption.
