5352Calculator Menu 5-6Using this feature, you can use the phone as acalculator. The calculator provides the basic arithmeticfunctions: addition, subtraction, multiplication anddivision.Using the Calculator1. Enter the first number using the numeric keys.2. Press the key to set the operator for yourcalculation until the required arithmetic symbolappears: + (add), - (subtract), x (multiply), / (divide).3. Enter the second number.4. To calculate the result, press the key.5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 as many times as required.Each time you change the operator, the previouscalculation is performed and the result is displayed asthe top number in the display.Notes:• To erase mistakes and clear the display, press thekey.• Use the key to enter a decimal point and thekey to change the sign of a number to a negative (-).Viewing the Tasks ListIf tasks are already defined in the Tasks List when youselect the Tasks menu option (5-4), the current contentsare displayed with the deadline and the associatedpriority (! for High or - for Low).Scroll to the desired item by sliding the key . Ifnecessary, slide the key to display more contents inthe selected task.The following options are available when you press thekey.New Task: allows you to add a new task.Edit Task: allows you to edit a saved task.Erase Task: allows you to erase the selected task.Exit: exits the Options menu.World Time Menu 5-5This menu allows you to check the current time forGreenwich Mean Time (GMT) and the time at 24 majorcities around the world.The screen shows :• The world map with the time zone line.• City name• Current date and timeSelect the city corresponding to your time zone bypressing the navigation keys one or more times.
