20Section 6: Securing Your DeviceThis section outlines how to enable security features for yourdevice.SecuritySelect the security tab to set your security parameter.Set Administration PasswordThis password is used to protect the configuration settings onthis device. You must provide the password in order to connect tothis Web-based administration interface. This screen allows youto change the password.Enter the new password, using only letters, numbers, andstandard punctuation symbols. The password must be at least 4characters long. The maximum length is 64 characters.• Current Password: Enter the current password used to access theadministration interface.• New Password: Enter the new password you would like to used toaccess the administration interface.• Verify New Password: Re-enter the new password to verify and clickor touch Apply.Set Pin Lock Status• PIN Lock enable: When enabled, enter your PIN lock code each timeyou log into the Web-based administration interface.SecuritySettings
