74Composing and Sending Email1. Press Home, then touch Applications ➔Email.2. For a single account, touch Compose.– or –For multiple accounts, touch an account, then touchCompose.3. Touch the To field to enter recipients. As you enternames or numbers, matching contacts display. Touch acontact to add it to the field.4. Touch the Subject field to enter a subject.5. Touch the text field to enter the text of your email.6. While composing a message, press Menu forthese options:• Add Cc/Bcc: Create Cc (copy) and Bcc (blind copy) fields to themessage. After creating the fields, touch to enter recipients.• Save as draft: Close the message and save it in Drafts.• Discard: Delete the message and return to the Inbox screen.• Priority (MS Exchange accounts): Select High, Normal, or Lowdelivery priority for this message.• Security options (MS Exchange accounts): Choose to Encryptand/or Sign this message.7. Touch Attach to add a file to the message.8. Touch Insert to add content from the Gallery, Contacts,Location, Calendar, and/or Memo applications.9. Touch Send to send the message.
