42Menu functionsAirplane mode (Menu 1.8.2)Use this menu to switch the phone to Airplane mode,or back to Normal mode.Int’l call prefix (Menu 1.8.3)Use this menu to set international call servicenumbers.Call forward (Menu 1.8.4)This network service allows incoming calls to beforwarded to another number.Call waiting (Menu 1.8.5)This network feature alerts you of incoming calls whileyou are on the phone.When this feature is enabled, you can respond to anincoming call by pressing [ ] while you are on thephone. This puts the first caller on hold and answersthe second call.Contacts (Menu 2)You can store phone numbers and their correspondingnames in your card and the phone’s memory. The cardand phone’s memory, although physically separate,are used as if they were a single entity, calledContacts.To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode andselect Contacts.Find (Menu 2.1)Use this menu to find an entry using a person’s name,entry number, group name, or memory location.Add (Menu 2.2)Use this menu to add a new entry to Contacts.In the phone’s memory, a name can contain up to 5numbers in different categories: Home, Office, Mobile,Pager, and Fax. You can save only a single numberwith a name on the card’s memory.Contact your service provider to check this service’savailability.You can quickly access this menu by pressing<Find> in Idle mode.
