122Section 9Taking PicturesTaking pictures with the built-in camera is as simple aschoosing a subject, pointing the lens [located on therear of the slide (at the top)], and pressing a button.Note: You cannot use the camera with the phone closed. To use thecamera, you must open your phone by moving the slide up.Simple Snap ShotTo take a single picture using the current camerasettings, do the following:1. In standby mode, press the camera key ( ) on the rightside of the phone. The message “Loading...” followedby a camera view finder screen appears in the display.(See “Camera Screen” on page 123 for moreinformation.)Note: You can also activate the camera by pressing the Menu (left) soft key( ), then press (for Multimedia) and for Camera.2. Point the camera at your subject.3. Using the display as a viewfinder, press the camera key( ) or the key when the image that you wish tocapture appears in the display.4.
