SPECIAL F EATURESCHAPTER FIVE : SPECIAL FEATURES 5.15User ReportsYour fax machine can print out reports containing useful information - transmission andreception verification, option settings, etc. Instructions on printing reports are shownbelow. The following reports are available:• Help List - This list shows the machine’s basic functions and commands and may beused as a quick reference guide. You can also use the function menu to remind youhow to set a particular function.• Confirmation Report - This report can be printed on command or by selecting theappropriate user option. You can have a confirmation report printed automaticallyafter each document you send.• Voice Status Report - This report shows the status of the recorded messages.• Transmission Journal - This report gives specific information concerning transmissionactivity: the times and dates of the most recent transmissions, the phone numbers thatwere called, etc.• Reception Journal - This report gives specific information concerning receptionactivity: the times and dates of the most recent fax receptions, the phone numbers fromwhich the calls were made, etc.• Telephone Number List - This list shows all numbers currently stored in One-Touchand Speed-Dial locations. Before changing or adding any automatic-dial number, printthis report to check the numbers currently stored. Print this report after makingchanges to confirm the new numbers. This report also includes the One-Touch numbers.• System Data List - This list shows the status of the user - selectable options.
