To turn thisfeature off (unmute the keypad), return to this option and select Send KeypadTone.• New Call: Places the current call on hold and then allows you to enter and dialanother number.• Send DTMF: Sends DTMF (Dual Tone Multi-Frequency) tones to the contacts youhave selected. These DTMF tones are sent as a group. The DTMF tones are thetones used in phones for tone dialling, sounding when you press the number keys.This option is helpful for entering a password or an account number when you callan automated system, like a banking service.• Address Book: Allows you to access your Address Book information.• Save to Address Book: Allows you to add the currently phone number to yourContacts list on either your Phone or SIM card.• View Address Book Details: Displays the Address Book entry information for thiscaller.• Send Message: Allows you to create and send a new Text message or MultimediaMessage.• Calendar: Allows you to temporarily access your calendar while still maintainingthe current call active.• Note: Allows you to associate a note with the current phone number.• End Call: Allows you to end the current call.If you have are in a multi-party call, the following options also display.• Join: Joins all of the calls you have established with your phone (both active andon hold).• Swap: Places the current call on hold and then activates the previous call.When you want to finish, end each call normally by pressing the key.Muting or Sending Key TonesThese options allow you to turn the key tones off or on. If the Mute Keypad Toneoption is selected, tones of the keys, which allows you to press keys without hearingannoying key tones during a call.
