94Menu functionsThe colour of the icon indicates thestatus of the device:• Grey for unpaired devices• Blue for paired devices• Orange for devices that are currentlyconnected to your phone3. Select a device.4. Enter a Bluetooth PIN and press <OK>.This code is used just once and you donot need to memorise it.When the owner of the other deviceenters the same code, pairing iscomplete.Using device optionsFrom the device list, press <Options> toaccess the following options:• Connect: connect to a headset orhands-free car kit.• Disconnect: end the connection withthe connected device.• Browse files: search for data from thedevice and import data directly to yourphone.• Service list: access the Bluetoothservice list of the device.• Rename: rename the paired device.• Authorise device/Unauthoriseddevice: determine whether or not thephone asks you to permit connectionwhen other devices try to connect toyour phone.• Delete: remove the selected device orall devices from the list.Sending data via Bluetooth1. Activate the Bluetooth feature.2. Select the application in which the itemyou want to send is stored.3. Select the item you want and press<Options>.4. Select Send via → Bluetooth.5. For Phonebook, select which data youwant to send.6. Select a device.Some devices, especially headsets or hands-free car kits, may have a fixed BluetoothPIN, such as 0000. If the other device has acode, you must enter it.
