Add the meeting attendees you want by selecting AddRequired Attendee... or Add Optional Attendee...To add more meeting attendees, repeat this step.3. Messaging automatically creates a meeting request andsends it to the attendees the next time you synchronisewith your computer. Any textual notes entered in theNotes tab (excluding writings or recordings) will be alsosent.4.
