69Voice FunctionsVoice Functions68Voice Dial RecordAllows you to record name tags and allocate them tonumbers for voice dialling.Say the name you want to use for voice dialling afteryou hear a voice prompt. For best results, use nameswith at least two syllables, or use both a first andlast name. The phone stores the name as a “first”sample, and then prompts you to say the nameagain.Respond to the prompt by repeating the name. Thephone stores the name as a second sample and thenrequests the phone number.To store the number, press the Ok soft key. Followthe instructions described on page 39 to completestoring number into your internal phonebook.Voice Dial ActThis option activates voice dialling.You hear a voice prompt and Say Name isdisplayed. Say the voice tag clearly. If no match forthe voice tag is found or recognized, the phone mayask you to try again. The phone automatically dialsthe number of the recognized voice tag.Note: This option is only available once you haverecorded and store voice tags.Voice Dial Delete OneAllows you to delete an individual voice tag. Thecorresponding phone number remains in thephonebook but the voice tag is deleted.If the name displayed is... Then press the...To be deleted Ok soft key.Not to be deleted or key.The next name isdisplayed.To exit the Voice Dial Delete One option, press thesoft key.Voice Dial Play AllAllows you to play back all recorded voice tags.Voice Dial Delete AllAllows you to delete all voice tags. Thecorresponding phone numbers remain in thephonebook but the voice tags are all deleted.
