From the Idle screen, press the Menu ➔ Call records ➔ Call manager ➔Call duration to see the following options:• Last call: shows the length of time for the last call.• Dialed calls: shows the total length of time for dialed calls.• Received calls: shows the total length of time for received calls.• All calls: shows the total length of time for all calls.2. Press the Options soft key to choose from the following options:• Reset: allows you to reset the call duration for the selected call record andreturn to the Call duration screen.• Reset all: allows you to reset the call duration for all call records. When youselect Reset all, a prompt displays, “Are you sure?” Select the Yes softkey to reset or the No soft key to cancel. Then you are returned to the Callduration screen.Options During a CallYour phone provides a number of control functions that you can use during a call.Adjusting the Call VolumeAdjust the earpiece volume during a call by pressing the Up and Down Navigationkeys. Press the Up Navigation key to increase the volume level and press the DownNavigation key to decrease the volume level.Putting a Call on HoldYou can place the current call on hold whenever you want. You can also makeanother call while you have a call in progress if your network supports this service.To put a call on hold:1. While on a call, press the Hold soft key to place your call on hold.2. You can later reactivate this call whenever you want by pressing the Retrievesoft key.
