The setting group youlast accessed is automatically activated formessage transmission and you can see a checkmark in front of it.Setting x (where x is the setting group number):each group has its own sub-menu.Service Centre: allows you to store or change thenumber of your SMS centre required when sendingmessages. You must obtain this number from yourservice provider.Default Type: allows you to set the defaultmessage type (Text, Fax, Email and Paging). Thenetwork can convert the messages into theselected format.Default Validity: allows you to set the length oftime for which your text messages will be storedat the message centre while attempts are made todeliver them.Setting Name: allows you to give a name to thesetting group currently being defined.Common Setting: the following options areavailable.Reply Path: allows the recipient of your SMSmessage to send you a reply message via yourmessage centre, if the service is provided by thenetwork.Delivery Reports: allows you to activate ordeactivate the report function. When this functionis activated, the network informs you whetheryour message has been delivered or not.
